My property was flooded in January 2010 whilst my wife and I were on holiday. This was not the best home coming. Two unsuccessful attempts to relay the damaged floor in the living room resulted in seeking professional advice from Richard Chant and 'Son' Ben. It was obvious in their approach that the team new their profession. Discussions were held and ideas to overcome the problem, made even harder by the fact that the property was over two hundred years old were put forward. I, Richard and Ben agreed with a solution that was cost effective, simple to carry out and was least disruptive to the household.
